We make machine vision as easy as possible by creating customized packages that combine innovative products, expert advice and a comprehensive service, specifically tailored to you.
STEMMER IMAGING helps you solve your vision tasks efficiently, quickly and reliably.
The goal of Industrie 4.0 is the creation of a "smart factory", which amongst other things should have properties such as flexibility, the ability to learn and resource efficiently. Ultimately, it is intended to enable the automatic exchange of data between the various production systems.
The STEMMER IMAGING team shows you how our Common Vision Blox (CVB) programming library communicates with the controller via OPC UA, which supports the central interface in the digital factory of tomorrow.
We look forward to working with you on new automation opportunities that embrace these latest innovative standards.
Multi-camera inspection system
Experience the diversity of our camera and technology offer live! We selected two units from LMI Technologies.
Our software library Common Vision Blox forms the basis and works hand in hand with the other tools like CVB Barcode, CVB Minos oder CVB 3D to solve tasks like barcode reading or inspecting print or packaging quality. Come and find out!
3D scanning and measurement
Flexible 3D sensors like LMI Gocator are easy to use and configure. The smart sensors are perfectly suited for a wide variety of measurement tasks providing everything needed for scanning, measuring and controlling external hardware in a single, pre-calibrated package that anyone can use.
Highly interactive development environment
Halcon is a comprehensive standard software for machine vision with an integrated, highly interactive development environment (IDE) which allows concurrency thanks to the support of parallel programming. Event-based processing is supported. Debugging tasks are very easy with direct inspection of Halcon variables (tuples and iconic) in Visual Studio.
